VIBRANT AND ZESTY: EXPLORE SAUVIGNON BLANC
Join us for an interesting wine journey of a tasting of three wines made from the Sauvignon Blanc, a versatile white wine grape that expresses different flavor profiles depending on the region where it is grown and the wine making techniques used. We will explore this diversity with wines from the United States, France, and New Zealand. There are so many descriptors of flavors of Sauvignon Blanc including Citrus, Tropical, Herbaceous, Green, Vibrant, Zesty, and Mineral driven, among others. This experience will illustrate how geography and terroir affect the differences in aroma, taste, and finish and will enhance your ability to discern these differences.
