SONOMA/NAPA TOUR ITINERARY
Our mornings will start around 9 A.M. every day (you will receive a detailed time schedule) so if you plan to have breakfast before we leave, please make sure to give yourself ample time to be on time. Please note that certain vineyards and locations might be substituted depending on schedule. L, D denotes lunch or dinner included.
DAY 1 MONDAY November 1 (D) Welcome to Sonoma and get ready for your wine adventure to begin! Meet in Santa Rosa, hotel-check in, meet other Wine Tour participants Welcome Dinner
DAY 2 TUESDAY November 2 (L) Morning Wine Seminar with Sonoma Vintners-Introduction to Sonoma Wines Lunch followed by Winery Tour and tasting in selected winery Return to the hotel
DAY 3 WEDNESDAY November 3 (L) Morning departure and Winery Tour and Tasting in selected winery in Sonoma Lunch followed by Winery Tour and Tasting in selected winery in Sonoma
DAY 4 THURSDAY November 4 We all need a little break and a little time for shopping and activities, so this is our “flex” day Special morning activity for the group Free afternoon to explore the area
DAY 5 FRIDAY November 5, (L) Winery Tour and Tasting in selected winery in Napa Valley Lunch followed by Winery Tour and tasting in selected winery in Napa Valley Return to the hotel.
DAY 6 SATURDAY November 6 Departure (or extend your stay)
After registration and prior to departure, participants will receive a detailed schedule of the tour and specific vineyard names to be visited. Handouts and a tasting notebook will also be included in your tour package.
Sonoma/Napa 2021 Wine Tour includes:
Six days, five nights in select four-star hotel in Sonoma Valley
Three lunches and two dinners.
All entrance fees to wineries and tastings and special workshops or activities on the schedule.
All transportation during the tours.
Wine director and program director to accompany the group.
Price of the tour:

Not included: Airfare, transportation to and from Sonoma, breakfast and other meals on your own, personal expenses, health and travel insurance. We highly recommend Travel Insurance to cover your expenses in case of cancellation for health, travel or other reasons.
